Shipping Policy

MMF Cigars is committed to providing our customers with high-quality cigars and a seamless shopping experience. We strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition. To that end, we have established the following shipping and handling policies:

 

  1. Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be a fixed fee of $10. Shipping fees will be clearly stated at checkout.

  2. Estimated Delivery Times: We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped promptly and arrive at their destination on time. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. We will provide customers with an estimated delivery date at checkout and a tracking number once the order has shipped.

  3. Restrictions: We are unable to ship to certain locations due to local laws and regulations. We do not ship to individuals under the legal smoking age in their jurisdiction. Additionally, we may have restrictions on shipping certain products due to manufacturer requirements.

  4. Packaging: To ensure the freshness and quality of our cigars during transport, we carefully package each order using specialized materials that protect against humidity and temperature fluctuations. We take great care to ensure that each order is packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MMF Cigars, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our policy:

  1. Returns: Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, cigars must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

  2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned cigars, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

  3. Damaged Cigars: If cigars are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We may request photos of the damaged cigars and packaging. We will replace the damaged cigars or issue a refund for the order, at our discretion.

  4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers may return their order and place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from MMF Cigars. Products purchased from other retailers or third-party websites may be subject to their own return policies.
