As such, we require age verification from all customers prior to completing any purchase. Customers will be asked to verify their age when they open our website for the first time by confirming they are older than 21 years old. We do not sell cigars to individuals under the legal smoking age in their jurisdiction.

2. Shipping and Handling: We strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be a fixed fee of $10. 

3. Returns and Refunds: We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase. Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, cigars must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
